strengths
My five strengths are adaptability, developer, empathy, connectedness, and positivity. I believe that adaptability defines me accurately because I have future plans but I do not live for the future. I realize and understand that events will happen to lead me off that path from time to time. I understand that God will move me around to where I am needed whenever that might be. I don’t have a problem with it because I believe that Gods plan for me is far greater than any future I might have in mind. I am willing to bend to fit whatever course he has in store. I am not so sure I agree with the developer strength because I really enjoy following instead of leading all the time. I also have a hard time sticking to projects from start to finish. I agree with empathy because I know that is a passion of mine. I have decided to go into nursing because I have realized that I have a love for people and their individual needs. I want to please them and make them feel better in their pain. This also goes along with connectedness. It really means a lot to me to have a group that is strongly connected. In my youth group back home this was a huge struggle for me because I wanted to be a very close group but my church was so large that it was close to impossible to recognize every face. I would have long talks with my youth pastor about how we could better become close and more connected as a group. Lastly, positivity I feel comes and goes for me as a strength. I feel that I have a harder time being positive in my own life, even though I have a gift for finding it in others. I have found that when God is very present in my life, I have an easier time being positive then when I take my eyes away from him.

ERICA!!!!--Okay, so after reading all your strengths, I can see how they describe you. Even though you and I haven't gotten to hang out as much, there are things about you that I can sense about you that are the strengths that were described...even in your quiet tiredness. Can I just say, "I think your Awesome?"
Erica! I'm really glad to have read your blog. I feel as though we don't know each other very well and I'd love to change that sometime. You strengths are very powerful in how you relate to people. In fact, most of your strengths have to deal with people. I think that positivity is an amazing strength to have, and in your blog you even highlight another skill of yours when talking about positivity, "I feel that I have a harder time being positive in my own life, even though I have a gift for finding it in others." Can we say developer strength? Empathy goes along powerfully with developer because then you will truly be able to feel what friends are struggling with. The best part of reading your blog is about your adaptability, seriously that is such an amazing view on life, and to know God will provide! God bless Erica!
Ok, so basically we have two of the same strengths and that is awesome. I can definitely see where the similiarities in our personalities come into play!
I think you made the right choice in choosing nursing as your major! Even though I know it's a ton of work, with your strengths it is the perfect area for you to go into! I think you will end up being an unforgettable blessing in the lives of the people that you care for and your willingness to do whatever it is that God has planned for you will give you a successful and full life.

So after reading your strengths i would have to agree with them. Although we dont know each other extremly well i do think that just by meeting you i could tell you had empathy, connectedness, and positivity, which is odd because they are closer to the end of your top 5. But yes, your strengths are pretty accurate from what i have seen.
Erica! hey girl! from what i have seen in you so far has been this! You have adapted well to college and APU. Along with positivity through your hard work in the nursing major! Since you are a developer i think that you should plan our group project at the end! haha just kidding my dear!
Erica, the crazy partier from LV. Its great to know that you have strengths. . .jk you're a great girl and I do agree with the streghts that you got from the test. As for the two strengths you dont feel you have, developer and positivity, I think you have them more than you think. Your overall demenor is very positive even if you don't notice. You always have a smile on your face whenever you talking to or meeting new people. I honestly dont think Ive known you enough to see your developer strength come out but I wouldnt swear it off if I were you. Can'twait to see all of your strengths grow as the year goes on!
You're so adorable...I can totally see empathy and adaptability in you! Oh and positivity...You cutie. But yeah I definitely feel you with the coming and going...But doesn't that waver with everyone from time to time? :)
I really cant comment on your strengths... lol... everytime i hang out iwth the group your not there. but when im not there... your not there. oh well. ill be looking forward to meeting you.
